About
This database is designed for Newcomb-Tulane College students who are interested in getting involved in their research community. Using the search function, students may search, view, and apply for research opportunities with faculty across the five colleges. Faculty interested in finding undergraduates to assist in their project may use the “list a project” tab to add their project to the database.
Research is a high impact practice with strong, proven outcomes for undergraduate student enrichment. Tulane University is one of the top research universities in the United States and our researchers are eager to include undergraduates in their work. Research is a collaborative endeavor that thrives when the entire community is involved. Students of all the five colleges are encouraged to use this database to identify their research interests and connect with their research community.
This database was created by Newcomb-Tulane College and is maintained by the Office of Undergraduate Research & Fellowships with faculty and student support, as well as a generous alumni gift.

Paresh is the Director of Outreach and a native of Lafayette, LA. He is a third year student majoring in Neuroscience.

Director of Technology
Ann is the Director of Technology for the Research Ambassadors, and is a junior majoring in Political Science and Psychology from Fairhope, Alabama.

Director of Research Recruitment
Brady is the Director of Research Recruitment of the Research Ambassadors. Coming from Portland, OR, he is a senior majoring in Cell & Molecular Biology.
Elijah Burks
Director of Shadowing Recruitment
Elijah is the Director of Shadowing Recruitment and third year Cellular and Molecular Biology major. He is also a student research for LSU Health Sciences in Shreveport, LA.
Vishali Sutharsan is a Research Liasion. She is a sophomore majoring in biochemistry from Boise, Idaho.
Ella Box is a Research Liaison for the Research Ambassadors and is a junior majoring in neuroscience from Baltimore, Maryland.
Lauryn Nieto is apart of the Tech Division, and is a sophomore double majoring in neuroscience and cellular and molecular biology from Memphis, TN.
Rachel McCarley is an outreach liaison. She is a senior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Spanish and Chemistry from Los Angeles, California.
Bobbie Baker is a Shadowing Liaison for The Research Ambassadors and is a senior from Northern California studying Neuroscience and Public Health.
Ananya Kaushal is an outreach liaison for the reserach ambassadors, and is a senior majoring in sociology and public health with a minor in psychology from Mandeville, Louisiana.
Aileen Mannion is a shadowing liaison, and is a junior majoring in psychology with a chemistry and german minor from Springfield, Illinois
