Wei Chen, MD, PhD, School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine
Dr. Wei Chen is a genetic epidemiologist of cardiovascular disease and has been working with the Bogalusa Heart Study as a senior investigator for 20 years. He has a broad background and experience in epidemiology, genetics and epigenetics of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and hypertension, fetal and childhood origins of chronic diseases, epidemiologic methodology, and longitudinal analysis models.
