Jenny Mercein is an actor, teacher, director, producer, and writer currently living in New Orleans, where she an Associate Professor at Tulane University. She is a proud co-creator and producer of ROLEPLAY, a live theatre performance and documentary film exploring student perspectives on sex, power, identity, and consent. Her solo show Two Elizas premiered at Luna Stage in of May 2023 and has subsequently played in Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Amsterdam. Acting credits include Your Honor, NCIS: New Orleans, 30 Rock, Blue Bloods, Unforgettable, Law & Order, and extensive theater credits spanning the United States. A proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA, and the National Alliance of Acting Teachers, Mercein received a B.A. from Yale and an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Washington.
