This project explores how large language models (LLMs) and generative AI can support and transform biological research. We focus on developing LLM-powered tools and AI agents to assist with key tasks such as data preprocessing, integration, analysis, reasoning, and scientific decision-making in biological studies.
Opportunities for contributing to novel research findings and potential co-authorship on publications.
