Looking for motivated undergraduate students interested in working on Biology projects involving next-gen computational biology / bioinformatics / machine-learning applications.

| Expected workload | Selected candidates will be working under the primary guidance of a senior graduate student, and with other lab members on their respective projects / datasets. Selected candidates will be required to follow data-preparation pipelines for available data in the lab. |

| Who is eligible | REQUIREMENT: – General knowledge of the logic of computer programming. – Fluency of coding in programming languages C, R and python. – Should be able to write code and run their own scripts. PREFERRED REQUIREMENT, but not mandatory: – Can independently troubleshoot coding errors. – Has experience in working on High-Performance Computing (HPC) / Supercomputing system. |
